Some line rental offers are handled by the network exclusively as part of your contract. Some offers are by cash redemption directly from Mobile Fun Limited. Mobile Fun cash redemption offers will include a cashback voucher with your handset delivery.

In order for us to send us you cashback payment you must send us your voucher together with your 6th airtime bill.
Your claim must fulfill these terms for us to make a payment:

  • Your claim must be received by us before the voucher expiry date.
  • The bill submitted must be the original - photocopies or faxed copies will not be accepted.
  • The bill submitted must show your name, address, mobile number, talk plan and invoice summary / account balance.
  • We will not accept online billing printouts.
  • We will not fulfill claims where the bill features arrears or the mobile number is inactive.
  • We will not fulfill claims where the bill shows a change of talk plan from the talk plan we originally connected.

We recommend sending your claim via a recorded delivery method.
Cheques for valid claims will be sent to the address on the bill.

If your billing address has changed since your 6th bill please include one of the following as proof of address change:
- Utility bill in your name issued within the last 3 months
- Landline telephone bill in your name issued within the last 3 months
- Council Tax bill in your name, issued within the last 3 months
- Driving licence (Both parts required for new style licence)

We will endeavour to reply to all claims within 28 days although we may extend this period at our discretion.
